My wish

Yesterday a fellow came over to invite me for our annual Christmas party and offered me also to buy some raffle tickets. Every year I participated in this Christmas group party but this year I don’t have enough time so I bought only two booklets of the tickets. Hoping I can bring home the first price plane ticket or the projection televisions. I saw this an appliance center a month ago and wishing to have one. Hope I can win it.

Coconut spring roll

heres the recipe:3 pcs , young coconut, shredded
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1/2 cup chicken breast, flaked
1 pc onion, chopped
1 tbsp. cooking oil for sauteing
1/4 – 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. white sugar
1/4 tsp. black pepper, ground
1 T celery, chopped
12 pcs spring roll wrapper
1/2 cup cooking oil

Heat oil and saute garlic, onions and flaked chicken. Add grated buko and celery.

Season with salt, pepper and sugar. Remove from heat and allow to cool.

Place 2 tablespoonful of mixture in spring roll wrapper and fold tightly.

Deep fry until golden brown. Serve hot with vinegar and crushed garlic.
