Many factors affect our health. Some of us cannot control, such as our genetic makeup or our age. But we can make changes on our lifestyle. By taking steps toward healthy living, we can help reduce our risk of heart disease, cancer, stroke and other serious diseases. For example, Visit our doctor for regular screenings, not just when we are sick. Maintain a healthy weight. Eat a variety of healthy foods, and limit calories and saturated fat. Be physically active. Take vitamins or nutritional supplements. Control our blood pressure and cholesterol. Quit smoking and protect ourself from too much sun.
My dream vacation

What is your ideal or dream holiday? Having just merely a lengthy time away from work or school, a trip abroad, trip to beach that lasts several days or longer like in in beaches and stay in vacation home Orlando or just simply a pleasure trip away from home. For me I would love to have a wellness travel that offers the best in health and fitness holiday breaks and stay in a hotel near the beach or seashore. I like to have a relaxing or revitalizing massage, a relaxing and refreshing fragrant bath or Cleopatra bath with milk and honey. Joining also the scheduled ongoing classes of Aerobics, Yoga, Spinning and Aqua Jogging is fun to do. I will also choose to have an unlimited use of the spa facilities like swimming pool, sauna, thermal baths, steam bath, or whirlpool. What a relaxing vacation would it be.
