I trim the I medium cauliflower into florets and cook in the 2 cups milk, and ½ tsp. salt till tender in about 10 t0 15 minutes then drain and reserve 1/3 cup of the milk. I arrange the cooked florets in a buttered baking dish. I beat one egg into the reserve milk and added ½ grated cheese. I poured the mixture over the florets. I baked it about 10 minutes or till the some of the surface was browned.
