Simple side dish

Filed in salad

For side dish, I mixed in a bowl a small can of red beans, corn kernel, beans, small slices of red paprika and thinly slices of onions. I added a sprinkle of salt, pepper, 2tbsp of vegetable oil and 2 tbsp of vinegar. Just mix them well in a bowl and its great as a side dish for fried fish.

  2. That looks like a great idea, vegan too so suitable for most people. I will try that on my vegan sister next time she visits!

  3. I have just re read this recipe and noticed the paprika strips. We only get ground dried paprika here in the UK – what are the strips?
