Weekend Snapshot

Weekend is my market day, I brought beans sprouts for the vegetable spring roll I will make this week. This can be cook also as stir fried or can be eaten raw with salad. Mung bean sprouts are germinated by leaving them watered with 4 hours of daytime light and spending the rest of the day in the dark.

    i didn’t know that! that’s 20 hrs in the dark! hehehe… at least i know now what’s behind one of my favorite vegie! i love it stirfried with shrimps and mushrooms and carrots with some hoisin sauce! nope…. it’s just my recipe! hehehe…

    we call that here togue…

    we mixed it with chopped carrots, cabbage, meat and other veggies.
