Tomato and mozarella

I bought a kilo of fresh tomatoes last weekend market. I used the rest as an appetizer during our sunday lunch. Just slice the tomatoes. Arrange slices of mozzarella cheese on slices of tomatoes. Mix oil and vinegar; pour over top. Add a sprig of basil or parsley.
