This year I started my diet 101 project instead of getting along with the best diet pill, I should do it in my own plan. I scheduled a day for the badminton play. I do my trainings everyday in my cross trainer and to burn 200 calories for at least 30 minutes. I change my diet plan and put a lot of vegetables and fruits in the menu. I will only eat the exact calorie I need in a day by measuring my calorie intake. I hope this project will works well and that I can achieve my wish weight soon.
