Lately I am not eating the right way due to work and I noticed that I gain a lot of weight already. I have this fear that do I need to take weight loss pills if I will continue my unhealthy lifestyle. I always eat my lunch and dinner outside that I have no time to cook for my self. My work deprive me for that. I do hope can have a vacation soon and the first thing I will do is to loose weight.

I had the same fear when the muffin top kept growing and growing… I have FitTV, so I found some new exercises that didn’t make me commit to nearly killing myself (Gilad is wonderful, and what a charmer!). So far, things are looking much better!
Try this – try eliminating one unhealthy thing from your diet every day. Start with diet soda (or regular, for that matter). The sugars/sugar subsitutes in those stir up cravings and make you feel hungry faster.
