Prevention is Better Than Cure

My uncle who is suffering from colon cancer asked me to help him spread information about his disease to our relatives. He is particularly requesting me to find information on colon cleanse diet. He said this will help us all choose the food that we eat in order to avoid getting the disease. While talking to him about his condition, I realized how uncaring of me when it comes to my health. I always rely on medicines, which is a very bad habit. It’s very true that prevention is better than cure.

I don’t know if he is just vain or he is really gay. That was my mom’s comment when she saw my twenty year old cousin, Michael, having so many skin care products including an arcona in his bag. LOL! I,ve known him since we were kids. He came to the city to live near my place during his college days. I didn’t see any indication that he is gay though he is really vain. He has more beauty regimen than mine. LOL! But he had so many girlfriends back then. He always gets into trouble because of his girls. I just know now… LOL!
