A lot of folks in town knew that I worked at a drugstore once in my life. I was working while studying. I didn’t take up any course about pharmacy and yet a lot of people ask me what’s the cure for some petty sickness like, colds, cough, fever, animal bites, etc. Just this morning, my friend called me up to ask if I know any acne medicine. Her cousin is suffering from acne breakout. I told her cousin should see a dermatologist. Before, I was reading a pharmacist book where medicines and the corresponding sickness are listed, I can tell what the cure for a particular ailment is, but I don’t tell people about it. It’s still best to consult a physician.
Appetite Booster

When my sister started getting sick because of stress, she was advised to take vitamins. The effect of the vitamins on her was that her appetite boosted. She eats a lot on meal times and still has snacks in between meals. Now her problem is how to get rid of belly fat. Sit ups are not effective, same is trough with running. I don’t know what happened; she continues to have this appetite even though she already stopped taking those vitamins. I hope she can find some solutions regarding her appetite because after sometime, I am pretty sure she will gain a lot of weight!
Fruity and vegies

Experts say we should eat five fruits and vegetables everyday. That sounds too much! Well, in between I can simply drink a glass of juice like orange tomato or carrot. That is already a portion lol! To make me motivate to eat veggies I try the colorful ones like red, yellow and green bell pepper which are also rich in vitamin C. A crispy salads give also a lot of vitamins and mineral nutrients. Potatoes are also figure friendly too, versatile, and yummy. The pototato in the skin with quark are perfect. I try also the in season fruits and vegetables which are cheaper. And lastly I dont forget to eat apple, an apple a day keeps doctor away.
