Experts say we should eat five fruits and vegetables everyday. That sounds too much! Well, in between I can simply drink a glass of juice like orange tomato or carrot. That is already a portion lol! To make me motivate to eat veggies I try the colorful ones like red, yellow and green bell pepper which are also rich in vitamin C. A crispy salads give also a lot of vitamins and mineral nutrients. Potatoes are also figure friendly too, versatile, and yummy. The pototato in the skin with quark are perfect. I try also the in season fruits and vegetables which are cheaper. And lastly I dont forget to eat apple, an apple a day keeps doctor away.
