Relax weekend

According to the study our lives are busy and it can be hard to be forever concentrating on finding our center of peace. By following just simple relaxation can help us more a balanced lifestyle. This can only mean more inner strength and relaxation.

Every friday night I create a home spa. I give myself permission for soothing pleasure. No interruptions for one full hour in the four corners of my bathtub while having a warm bubble bath. Listening to a relaxing music and gasping a strawberry or lavandel aroma from a burning scented candles. I find my serene here away from the week stress. I just soak and let my mind drift. Having this simple ritual gives me a relaxing week and a reward for myself after all.

Aging Gracefully

I was the one who put make up on my mom last night. She and my dad attended a formal party at their friend’s house. My mom was asking my opinion whether she is now badly in need of the best wrinkle cream for her face, because the lines are now really visible on her face. I told she can apply one if she really wants to. She does not really look that old, I guess it’s good when you age gracefully. You don’t need to get a career of putting too many products on your body. Just maintain a healthy lifestyle.

Petite

My brother was born petite. Not that my mom and dad are petite, but it’s in our genes since my grandmother is. Anyway, he wanted to have muscles, as a consolation in his height. He says that even though he is a little bit short, at least he would have a body to die for. LOL! So everyday, since last January, he goes to the gym, takes human growth hormone supplement, lift weights, and run everyday. Now, if you look at him, his appearance had improved. From being skinny and short, now you can see some muscles popping inside his shirt. He often times brags about it, but we just laugh it off, teasing him that still he is short. He should also take those stuff that makes one tall.
