Since today is ash wednesday, I prepared fish for lunch which is tuna burgers. I used the tuna flakes in can by bread crumbs, egg, red bell pepper, onions, soya sauce salt and pepper. I formed them into patties and friend them till golden brown. I like them with chili sauce and hot rice.
