Time to Shine

My cousin was visiting from the city. I got to see her when she surprised us at home. I didn’t recognize her. She looked different –slimmer, fairer and healthier. I wonder if she really used the fat burner that she had been mentioning to me before. LOL! Everybody is so glad to see her looking really gorgeous. She has so many stories to tell. I am really happy for her and proud as well. As she tell everyone, maybe it’s already her time to shine! LOL!

Pre Holiday

I need some appetite suppressants since holiday is fast approaching and I wanted to reserved the fats on those days. lol! Anyway as holidays are coming, I started to prepare some shopping already since i always wanted to avoid that shopping rush. As they say the earlier the better. This year I just prepare some simple gifts what matter most the thought that comes.

Something fishy

In what part of a fish do like most. For me I like the belly area! That’s why I develop belly fat LOL! In fairness eating fish with rich in omega oil are good for the health. Once a week I have a fish in our menu. I like the fried or cooked as a soup. I like also thunfish and salmon in my salad.

Eating a Lot

The last time I check I was slimmer than my sister. But lately, I have not been careful with my food intake. I have always been having lunch with the boys at work –I eat a lot when I am with them. I just hate the fact that with just a little bit of fatty food, I gain weight fast! To help me with my loosing weight, my sister gave me a list of the best diet pills found online. She said I should read them if I want to buy, she can do it online. I am still thinking about it because I really have budget constrains this time. Maybe I’ll just pass when my officemates invites me to eat out with them. LOL!

Ready for Work

When I took an indefinitely from my job because of over stress, I stayed with my parents for a while. I was a baby when I was at home. I can have anything that I want. I ate a lot, slept a lot, and I bummed around a lot. I was not very much conscious with my weight especially that my mom cooks very well. And when I finally decided to get back to work again, I knew I have to be health conscious so that I have a strong body to fight stress. With the help of some diet pills, exercise, a lot of self discipline and gym visits, I finally got what I wanted. I am healthier and stronger. I feel rejuvenated and now very much ready to join the country’s labor force again. I am positively confident that this time, I can more easily manage stress that would come my way.
