Corn pudding

12
Jul

Last weekend, I craved for corn cub but their were no more sale in the supermarket. I resorted buying canned corn kernels. I decided to make corn pudding so that hubby can eat too. I combined the whole kernel corn, cream-style corn, milk, eggs, butter, and pepper in a large mixing bowl then I added cornmeal and stirred until moistened. I poured corn mixture into a 2-quart casserole and baked in a 375 degree F oven for 45 to 50 minutes or until lightly browned and set in the center.
