Other than that vitamin c is very important so fuel our body with these citrus fruits like pomelo, clementine, lemon, grapefruit, orange and kumquat.</p>
<p>Pomelo juice is great during breakfast so have a one glass. Clementines are refreshing sweet and healthy like mandarins and good for snack time.  Lemons are fat burner so when you are stress out or hungry always just smell a lemon or pressed one in a glass of water.  Another appétit represent is grapefruit because of its bitter taste. Oranges are very rich in vitamin c so have them two times a day.  Kumquats are mini oranges and give also a lot of energy.  So the next time you visit the market grab one of these.</p>
