Relax weekend

According to the study our lives are busy and it can be hard to be forever concentrating on finding our center of peace. By following just simple relaxation can help us more a balanced lifestyle. This can only mean more inner strength and relaxation.

Every friday night I create a home spa. I give myself permission for soothing pleasure. No interruptions for one full hour in the four corners of my bathtub while having a warm bubble bath. Listening to a relaxing music and gasping a strawberry or lavandel aroma from a burning scented candles. I find my serene here away from the week stress. I just soak and let my mind drift. Having this simple ritual gives me a relaxing week and a reward for myself after all.

It’s been two years we move in this apartment. So far so good we don’t have problems with the landlord. They provide us every great and safety facilities. Last autumn they are making some home improvements. They renovated our driveways to prepare it for winter days. They place a smooth block paving that looks a contemporary style. The smooth finish and joints are very ideal for bikes, buggies and wheelchairs. It is also easy to clean and good thing the other trees along the pathway were remove to lessen our work specially autumn days. We have cleaning schedules here and I’m glad all are participating. The people here are also nice and we develop a good friendship with them. The landlord also called us to know if everything is alright. And when there is a problem they are always there to repair it at once. I think we found the best apatment to called it as our home sweet home.

Fruity and vegies

Experts say we should eat five fruits and vegetables everyday. That sounds too much! Well, in between I can simply drink a glass of juice like orange tomato or carrot. That is already a portion lol! To make me motivate to eat veggies I try the colorful ones like red, yellow and green bell pepper which are also rich in vitamin C. A crispy salads give also a lot of vitamins and mineral nutrients. Potatoes are also figure friendly too, versatile, and yummy. The pototato in the skin with quark are perfect. I try also the in season fruits and vegetables which are cheaper. And lastly I dont forget to eat apple, an apple a day keeps doctor away.
