Mango Smoothie for a warm afternoon.
Simply mix in a mixer the mango flesh, some milk, crushed ice and sugar.
Tortellini salad

ready made tortellini filled with cheese
1/2 cucumber
1 cup pineapple chunks
1/2 cup green peas (canned)
2-3 green onions
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup mayonaise
salt and pepper
minced fresh garlic, to taste
Cook the tortellini according to package directions. Slice peeled cucumbers into bite size pieces. Mix together all other ingredients and season to taste. Enjoy.
Aloe vera

A walk at the park was always part of my weekend. Everytime I passed by these aloe vera plants, it amazed me how this can be edible now for there are aloe vera products such as juice, yoghurt.
