Baked spring rolls

My sister will celebrate her birthday tomorrow and she asked me to prepare some spring rolls. She wanted the bake one and so I will cook tomorrow in her place. She doesn’t have any special visitors only us her family and her best friend Kaye.

I always like these baked spring rolls to save a lot of oil and less fat too. To make this you can have some ground meat, sauté it with onions and garlic powder, add bean sprouts, some soy sauce, pepper and salt to taste. Before wrapping them on egg roll, let first the filling be cooled. After wrapping it brush them with little vegetable oil. Bake them till golden brown and crispy. Serve with sweet and sour sauce.
