Easter family day
For the easter celebration, I will make carrot cupcakes and here how to do it. First, mix baking powder and apple sauce in a bowl until foamy and set aside. Proceed with the flour mixture, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt. Add the oil, carrots, pineapple, nuts and apple sauce mixture and blend well. Place the mixture into cupcake liners and bake at 325 °F for 30 minutes. For the frosting mix butter, powdered sugar, vanilla and little water or milk.
I hope they will enjoy my easter potluck on the egg hunting contest for the the whole family sponsored by my mother in law.

Family vacation
The easter holiday will be use for short trips out of town and with the use of gps and Garmin chirp we will enjoy our short adventure.
The good weather is also great during the vacation and so a great day with nature is an enjoyable family outing. Another interesting activity we always love is camping and every year we visited the camping areas near the beach, or lake. I am looking forward for our trips this year and the new collection of experiences.

Summer garden
The great sunny weather is here and I am done with my garden cleaning. Next week I will start planting my mini veggie garden. Last weekend I scouted some seedlings at the garden shop and I also found Pergola Kits which gave me the idea to have that in my garden.
It was my plan before to build a pergola but with the renovation I don’t have budget for it. It is really timely now the wait is worth it. I am excited to have the pergola on my garden and spend the cozy afternoon there with barbeques and cold beers. Lol
